Q. How much does a Consultation with the physicians cost?

A. The initial consultation for all our services is FREE. You will be afforded about twenty minutes with a doctor or staff person where you will be able to ask questions and discuss any concerns you might have.

Q. Will my insurance cover any of the cost for any of the procedures?

A. There are two types of treatments at Versailles Medical Spa that are covered by insurance: Omnilux Light Therapy and IPL Treatments.

Q. Are there any payment options?

A. We work closely with CareCredit. Through CareCredit patients receive an instant approval and payment plans for twelve or eighteen months. For as long as they make timely payments within the given time-frame, CareCredit charges no interest, and therefore patients are able to budget their procedures.

We accept personal checks and all major credit cards.

Q. Are there any medical conditions that will prevent me from receiving treatments?

A. We offer a wide variety of Aesthetic Services. For each one there are certain medical conditions that will need to be seriously considered with the physicians prior to commencement of any treatment. Please, make sure to disclose any known medical condition with our doctors at the time of consultation.

Q. How old do I need to be to receive treatments?

A. Age is a liability factor, and for most of our procedures we will consider adults over 18 years of age. Minors may receive treatments if we obtain the pre-approval of a parent or a guardian. Countless adolescents, however, receive Omnilux Light Therapy, Chemical Peels, Facials and IPL treatments for acne.
